We deliver to the UK only, and delivery is free on every order.
- Processing: 1–3 working days
- Delivery: 6–9 working days after dispatch
- Total: usually 7–12 working days
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, email loq8tracker@gmail.com and we'll replace or refund it.
Cancelling your order
Under UK law you can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Email loq8tracker@gmail.com within that time and send the item back unused within a further 14 days. Return postage is paid by you, and we'll refund the item price within 14 days of receiving it back.
