How It Works

1. Pair
Add your LOQ8 Card in the Find My app on iPhone, or Google Find Hub on Android. The quick-start guide in the box walks you through it.
2. Slip it in
At 2.6mm thin, the card sits in any standard wallet slot — or loops onto keys, a bag or a bike through its lanyard slot.
3. Locate
Open Find My or Find Hub to see where your card was last seen, and share its location with people you trust.
4. Charge every few months
Place the card on a wireless charging pad (sold separately). One charge lasts 3–4 months.

Yes. It works with Apple Find My on iPhone and Google Find Hub on Android.
Will it fit in my wallet?
At 80 × 50 × 2.6mm it is slightly smaller than a bank card and fits standard card slots.
Is it water resistant?
Yes, it handles rain and splashes in everyday use. Please don't submerge it.
How long does the battery last?
Around 3–4 months per charge, depending on use. It recharges wirelessly, so there are no coin cells to replace.
Is a charger included?
No. The LOQ8 Card charges on a wireless charging pad, sold separately.
Is there a subscription?
No. There are no monthly fees.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free across the UK and usually takes 7–12 working days in total.

Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, email loq8tracker@gmail.com and we'll replace or refund it.
Cancelling your order
Under UK law you can cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Email loq8tracker@gmail.com within that time and send the item back unused within a further 14 days. Return postage is paid by you, and we'll refund the item price within 14 days of receiving it back.
